We are kindly asking to fill in the enclosed registration form file by the delayed deadline (May 22nd) in any case, prior to proceed to the payment of the fees. 

The data will be processed only for the conference registration purposes. Submitted data are secured.

Registration Fees

The participation at the conference as auditors is free (coffee breaks are NOT included).

The registration fees for participants and postgraduate students are only required for the persons who will present a talk or a poster, and include the participation in all sessions, panels and Commission meetings, the conference CD and other documentation, and the refreshments at all breakskindly.

A limited number of scholarships are available to help defray the participation costs (see below Caroline Woo bursary). Please contact the Local Organizing Committee for details.

The participation at the field trips is subjected to a fixed fee for every partecipant, and includes all transportation, snacks and lunches.

Subscription for the participants and postgraduate students can be done at early rate until May 22nd, and at normal rate later, while on-site payments (only cash) will be charged more. Accompanying persons can attend the congress for free.

Field trips and banquet fees are fixed for all people which would like to attend.

The Conference Registration fee can be paid after the online registration by:

Options

We kindly ask to the participants to send us a message in which is clearly written that they have payed, and also the exact amount paid.

Registered participants will be informed by email about the receipt of their payment by the conference organizers at the moment in which the money will arrive at the bank or at PayPal. 

At the conference, each partecipant will receive a receipt for their payment (in €).

In the case in which a partecipant would like to pay fees for more participants by one transaction (bank transfer), please contact the conference organizers on igutorino2009@yahoo.com and fill appropriately the registration form by indicating in the notes the names of the other partecipants for which is paying the fees.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation must be made in written and sent to igutorino2009@yahoo.com before May 22nd, 2009. Organizers reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 30 € at any cancellation transaction. The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference.

No refunds can be made after May 22nd.

Caroline Woo Bursary

A small amount of funds are still available in the Bursary to assist young scientists and delegates from developing countries to attend the conference. Please apply to Tony Jones on jaj@aber.ac.uk.

Other fund defrayment
